Embed an in-app feedback widget
users will actually use.

The best feedback happens in context. An in-app widget captures requests where users feel the pain — and can also open docs search or live chat without sending them away.

Placement rules

Keep the launcher visible but not over critical CTAs. Bottom-right is familiar; avoid covering checkout or editor canvases.

Capture identity quietly

Pass user id / email from your app so votes and follow-ups work without a second login. Public sites can use email gates.

Bundle modules thoughtfully

Feedback + docs search + chat in one widget reduces launcher clutter. Disable modules you do not need.

Questions, answered

A well-built widget should be lightweight and lazy-loaded. Always measure Core Web Vitals after install.
